What This Means to You

All Pets Animal Hospitals in Bentonville and Rogers are two of only 10 veterinary hospitals in Arkansas to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Choosing an AAHA accredited hospital for your pet’s medical care assures you that the hospital you have selected has the team, equipment, medical procedures, and facilities that are essential to the delivery of high quality veterinary care.

AAHA standards are widely used as benchmarks to measure excellence in veterinary medicine. Founded in 1933, the AAHA remains the only association that provides voluntary accreditation to companion animal hospitals.

Our hospitals have been successfully evaluated by an AAHA practice consultant on approximately 900 standards in 20 different categories that directly correlate to the care we provide for your pet. The standards are periodically reviewed and updated to ensure that they remain consistent with advances in veterinary medicine and technology.

To be accredited by the AAHA, our hospitals must demonstrate an exceptional level of medical care and client service. AAHA’s standards cover every aspect of our hospital to assure your satisfaction with the level of care both you and your pet receives. For example, our hospitals comply with standards regarding anesthesia and surgery, in-house laboratory, standards of nursing care, pain management and critical care, as well as pharmacy, diagnostic imaging protocols, and medical records. Additionally, there are standards regarding our facility itself, which include housekeeping, maintenance, and safety. Client care is addressed with standards for service and referrals.
